Adrian is a producer, engineer and mixer with a wealth of experience working on all kinds of projects with artists at all levels of the industry, from worldwide household names to up-and-coming unsigned bands. Equally at home tracking a live band in a world-class Neve or SSL room with a studio full of musicians, or mixing tracks in his private studio with ProTools HDX and his outboard racks, Adrian is both a technically adept and creative engineer.
As a house engineer at Metropolis Studios from 1997 until 2004, Adrian has been a valuable member of the production team on many high-profile releases and coped with many demanding sessions. Since going freelance, Adrian has continued to work with a wide variety of artists, in both production and engineering roles.
Recent projects include mixing Goldfrapp, Du Blonde, Big Deal and Polly Scattergood (for Mute Records), a UK number 3 album with the new All Saints record, the new album from Amber Run, the Depeche Mode concert DVD "Live In Berlin", Anna Calvi and James Yorkston for Domino Records, Alicia Keys, Robyn, and production work with up-and-coming folk-pop band Kosoti and "urban punk" duo Nova Twins. He has also been working with new bands Swampmother, Sweetheart Contract, Blueprint Blue, and American soul-pop newcomer Daniel Wilson.
Adrian is represented by Zita at Z Management.
